Breaking the ice on Biohacking: Longtrack Grand Prix star Kenneth Kruse Hansen talks to us about keeping in top form.

It’s not a secret to some that Kenneth is my brother in law. Kenneth spends his time between March and October racing all over Europe in the Longtrack world championship, representing his country Denmark in the Longtrack World team cup as well as racing speedway and grass track meetings and inspiring and training Denmarks next generation of young racers. He’s a busy man and we had a chat with him about the things which keep him healthy and staying younger for longer.

Give his video a watch below and let us know what you think in the comments.

I am extatic on the outcome you have done with my potential plantar fasciitis Laura! Atm I'm 75% better off with walking on cold concrete ! I've not changed a single thing I do only your advised stretches and your acupuncture and calf/foot massage! I'm a different person! Thank you so much 😍
