Our wellbeing days are a perfect way to try taster treatments and sessions of the therapies we offer here at The Hygge Corner,

We put together an option of two packages of treatments to allow you to choose between. On both packages there is an optional Cold Plunge and a Infrared Sauna.

We normally run two sessions, one in the morning, then one in the afternoon. Tickets are limited in order to pamper you properly and give you a personal touch.

Corporate and Group Bookings
We offer small group packages, designed to destress, relax and recharge. Float away in the floatation pod, relax in the infrared sauna, challenge each other in the ice cold plunge and enjoy a treatment from one of our therapists. Experience full length or taster treatments / sessions. Much the same as the wellness days, we can adapt packages to suit your requirements.
Less than a mile away from Brothers in Arms, who serve amazing breakfasts and lunches you could incorporate into your day.
Due to the cosiness of our unique premises, we can realistically only cater for a maximum 5 people at a time.

Join us at the Hygge Corner for a day of helping you build and understand habits that create a positive mindset and help you become the best version of yourself.
You will be taking a logical and factual approach to grounding, gratitude, vision, affirmation and breathwork, topped off with the option of a test of resilience, by putting your feet, hands or all of you into the ice bath.
Your workshop coach Laura, has worked extremely hard on her own personal development and mindset for the last 10 years. Recently trained as an Oxygen Advantage instructor, she will show you how breathwork can help you feel calmer and stay more focused.
